1. Sales and Brand Management

- Assist the manager to establish and implement action plans to achieve/exceed sales goals and KPI

- Work with Store Managers to achieve sales budgets and the defined sales forecasts via monthly business reviews

- Report to the manager to identify market trends and factors contributing to or detracting from sales and propose actions

- Partner with other departments to work on merchandises, VM and CRM


2. Retail Operations Management

- Assist the manager to monitor all aspects of store operations including daily reconciliation reports, bank statement and sales reports submitted by Store-in-charge

- Prepare and analysis daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review

- Regularly visit all stores to assess company and competitor performance as well as market development especially men¡¯s business

- Foster an environment in each store where service excellence is the top priority through training, coaching, modelling appropriate selling behaviours and personal involvement


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

- At least 3 years relevant experience in luxury retail industry

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills (Well versed in MS Word and Excel)

- In depth understanding of luxury retail, client experience and selling skills are required

- Good command of written and spoken English
