[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Mainly responsible for group infrastructure operation and business support. - Responsible to govern the infrastructure change, release, and configuration management. - Server, Network system build & management skill required. - Cloud server & Office365 management skill required. - Coordinate, document and execute infrastructure release activities. - Develop and maintain system configuration documents and SOPs - ServiceDesk ticket management & support. - Support maintenance and incident management processes - Log and track ecommerce platform production issues and follow through to resolution - Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base to streamline incident resolution - Assist with the planning, briefs, requirements, and framework for new projects. - Collaborate on projects with local/regional/global team and business stakeholder. - Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Operational tasks including user management/audits, job monitoring, application/release support - To support regional & local initiated cyber security, governance, and compliance (Korea market focus) - Participate in data compliance protection leading by regional team - To participate in the areas of security operations - To support IS&T Director and regional security team for security projects deployment in Korea

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] - Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project management or other related field, or equivalent work experience - At least 5 years hands on working experience in Infrastructure system (Server, Network, Cloud) environments - ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) Plus. - Knowledge of luxury retail is a plus - Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills with multiple clients/vendors/projects. - Good collaboration with OneTeam & external vendors. - Self-motivated, able to work independently and responsible - Good command in both written and spoken English and Korean. - Willing to work flexible hours, as needed, to address urgent production issues
