* Primary Responsibilities:
• Create strategies for the short, medium, and long term for the Body Care portfolio, take charge of Body Care product development, and support new product launches by identifying opportunities in the market.
• Develop valuable solution programs to provide a relevant and integrated approach for engaging ABOs, prospects, and customers in the Personal Care Category
• Establish and execute brand/marketing plans, encompassing:
Brand positioning/claims development Integrated marketing campaign assets development 
Portfolio planning, including discontinuation of underperforming products Product pricing strategies 

• Extensive collaboration with cross-functional areas including Supply Chain, R&D, Regulation, Creative, Procurement, Digital & IT, PR & Social communication, etc.

* Requirements :
• Good knowledge Body Care or Skincare category
• Excellent in marketing strategy set-up and execution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passionate about creativity and effective strategy implementation.
• Insight into consumer needs and behaviors.
• Demonstrated expertise in Body Care or Skincare brand management principles and practices.
• Profound understanding of Body care brand strategy development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
