Head
Responsibilities:

Create and execute the commercial strategic plan to drive accelerated digital
growth meeting the growth targets.

Strategize and manage day-to-day metrics of the retail equation such as
traffic, conversion, ATV, and adjust the levers to optimize for brand
elevation, consumer recruitment, revenue growth & profitability.

Lead the implementation of digital performance marketing initiatives to enhance
brand awareness, brand elevation and drive qualified traffic to digital
channels for conversion.

Work closely with the leadership and finance teams to plan, manage, and deliver
on the budget.

Develop and evolve best in class partnerships and relationships with key Korea
digital ecosystem partners such as Shinsegae Mall, Hyundai Mall, Lotte Mall,
Naver, Kakao and others.

Deliver effective operations on wholesale digital commerce fulfillment,
livestreaming, across all platforms.
-
Build, lead, and scale a dynamic team, driving strategic growth initiatives
that will result in a substantial increase in performance and revenue growth.

Stay attuned to market developments and changes, explore, and expand into
new marketplaces and platforms across Korea to grow the business in line with
strategic goals.

Create a culture that is intellectually curious and encourages creativity an
environment of test and learn.

Participate in the global initiative and optimize the use of the tool in the
local market.
Requirements:
-
Depth of relevant digital commerce experience, preferably with some exposure to
premium brands, lifestyle brands, sports brands, or CPG.

eCommerce P&L management with demonstrated double digit growth.

Experience developing digital commerce, utilizing data to increase market
share, driving innovation within a rapidly changing and highly competitive
marketplace, growing digital commerce P&L, and being on the forefront of
digital trends across Korea.

Player coach who is ambitious and able to build high performing teams, with an
affinity for luxury goods and lifestyle brands.
- Deep
relationships with the digital ecosystem and relevant agencies across the
region and specifically in Korea

Excellent communication skills in English a plus
