YOUR ¡®DAY TO DAY¡¯
 
The LSP(Logistics Service Provider) Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting and assisting the Manager B2C in managing and optimizing the logistics and supply chain operations of the organization. This position involves coordination with external logistics service providers, monitoring performance, and assisting in strategic decision-making to enhance logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness. LSP Specialist also plays a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with various internal / external customers to ensure that the demands are fully met by coordinating with LSP and managing their service level. 
 
Logistics Operation Management (B2C, Direct Retails)

  1. -Plan, coordinate, and oversea logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  2. -Optimize supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
  3. -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven improvement.

 
Customer Service and Relationship Management

  1. -Facilitate communication between internal teams such as IBP, Commercial, Consumer Experience, Direct Retail, Digital teams and LSPs to ensure alignment on business strategies, programs, and market demands.
  2. -Collaborate with the Manager B2C to build and maintain strong relationships with LSPs.
  3. -Assist in resolving any issues or disputes with LSPs professionally and efficiently.

 
Data Analysis and Reporting

  1. -Support the collection and analysis of data related to logistics performance, costs, and key metrics.
  2. -Assist in generating regular reports to track and communicate logistics performance to stakeholders.
  3. -Utilize data insights to contribute to decision-making and drive improvements.

 
Continuous Improvement

  1. -Coordinate regular performance assessment review and generate ideas in improvement of logistics process and procedures.
  2. -Contribute to the identification and implementation of best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

 
Budget Control

  1. -Validate monthly logistics cost validation and confirm invoices received by LSPs.
  2. -Follow up OB, RF cycle to build regular budgeting and monitor the spending vs. budget.

 
EHS&S and Compliance

  1. -Ensure LSP compliance to local and PMI guideline for quality, security and safety by maintaining guideline documents and providing regular training to LSP staffs.
  2. -Lead internal / external audit on DC operations (Corporate, Quality & Security, FM global, SOX and external audits), build action plans on findings and ensure the closure of the action plan as targeted timeline.

WHO WE¡¯RE LOOKING FOR
 

-Bachelor¡¯s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
-3 years of experience in supply chain management in FMCG industry 
-English skill is preferred.
-Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management with a focus on operations and coordination.
-Proficiency in logistics, inventory management, warehousing, transportation in terms of operation and system.
-Technical skills on MS Office and SAP
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
-Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
