Role Summary:

Clinical Application Specialist, MR is the knowledge expert on the clinical application of the Philips MR product / solution / service. Drives clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues. This position will support customers in Seoul metropolitan area.

필립스코리아에서 서울 수도권 지역을 담당할 Clinical Application Specialist, MR을 채용합니다. Clinical Application Specialist, MR은 필립스 MR 제품/솔루션/서비스의 임상 응용에 대한 지식 전문가로써, 제품 및 솔루션에 대한 임상 관련 지원을 합니다. 고객에게 프레젠테이션 및 제품 데모 시연을 실시하며, 영업 팀에 임상에 관한 교육을 실시합니다.  

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

·       Expert in clinical application of products, supporting Account Managers with decision-making, sales presentations, and demos during customer acquisition.

·       Develop and execute effective clinical sales strategies to expand market share.

·       Collaborate with sales team in conducting clinical evaluations, demos, and presentations.

·       Educate sales team on emerging clinical issues and solutions, staying d on relevant developments.

·       Provide training for new product launches and ensure optimal usage of equipment through customer education.

·       Train and retrain hospital staff on equipment upgrades or changes in operating procedures.

·       Coordinate application training schedules and provide comprehensive reports after visits.

·       Ensure high-quality training and customer satisfaction, adhering to companys quality policy.

·       Conduct regular customer visits for direct feedback on training quality and customer satisfaction.

·       Report equipment usage difficulties promptly and maintain safety standards at all times.

·       Responsible for reporting customer feedback and completing relevant quality training.

·       제품의 임상 응용에 대한 전문가로서, 고객 확보 단계에서 의사 결정, 영업 프레젠테이션, 제품 데모 등을 지원합니다.

·       시장 점유 확대를 위한 효과적인 임상 영업 전략을 개발하고 실행합니다.

·       영업팀과 협력하여 임상 평가, 데모, 프레젠테이션을 진행합니다.

·       신규 임상 문제 및 솔루션에 대한 영업팀 교육을 제공하며, 관련 사항을 계속해서 업데이트합니다.

·       신제품 출시를 위한 고객 교육을 제공하고, 고객들이 장비를 최적으로 사용할 수 있도록 임상 절차 및 프로토콜에 대해 교육합니다.

·       병원 고객들에게 장비 업그레이드나 운영 절차 변경 시 재교육을 실시합니다.

·       고객 방문 일정을 조정하고 방문 후 필요한 보고서를 제공합니다.

·       고객들에게 고품질의 교육 및 서비스를 제공하여 회사의 품질 정책을 준수합니다.

·       교육 품질과 고객 만족도에 대한 직접적인 피드백을 위해 정기적으로 방문합니다.

·       장비 사용에 어려움이 있는 경우 신속하게 보고하고, 언제나 안전 기준을 준수합니다.

·       적절한 품질 교육을 완료하고 고객 피드백을 보고합니다.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·       Education: Graduate in relevant major like Radiology or Radiological Sciences preferred

·       Experienced in MR scanner clinical domain more than 2 years

·       Flexibility to travel to customer site

·       Presentation and communication skills

·       Proficiency in English communication is preferred

·       Knowledge in Healthcare industry

·       학력: 영상의학과/방사선학과 등 유관 전공 졸업자 선호

·       MR 스캐너 임상 분야에서의 경험이 2년 이상 있는 분

·       업무상 출장이 가능한 분

·       프레젠테이션 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

·       업무상 영어 활용 가능자 선호

·       헬스케어 산업에 대한 지식

Preferred Skills/Experience:

·       Experience in Philips MR product

·       Experience in large-scale tertiary care hospital, or MR Clinical Application Specialist

·       필립스 MR 제품에 대한 경험

·       3차 병원(상급 종합 병원) MR 경력자 혹은 MR Clinical Application Specialist 경력자
