Key Responsibilities
• Processing of supplier invoices & payment
• Assisting Finance & HR & IT team
• Reporting fixed asset & packing materials
• Organizing VAT report
• Managing service partners using the internal system
• Chasing up outstanding payments
• Managing office & Warehouses contract/maintenance
• General administrative work including:
-order office & WH supplies
-issue local E-tax invoice
-manage company vehicles
-manage office items
-issue/prepare employees documents such as certificate of employment and etc.
-Organize office meeting
• Other related tasks as required

Professional Skills & Qualifications
• 3~5 years of equivalent experience
• Verbal and written fluency in English
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of computers in Ms. Office
• Effectively communicate and interact with employees
• Highly motivated and flexible in working independently as well as in a team
