Lead and Manage Finance, Logistics, CS and IT Teams and Ensure to delivery of timely & accurate Financial Reporting, Compliance, Effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s process and Business Support. Timely and completely prepare the budget & forecast and analyze financial results of business periodically against plan

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and/or accounting with at least 3 years’ experience in Korea market, experience in international luxury brand or similar industry is preferred
• Preferred qualified Accountant either with KICPA and international CPA qualification
• Strong analytically and developed business acumen
• Strong communication skill in Korean & English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to deliver & drive results under time-pressured environment
• Strong change management and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding & experience on the ERP (SAP, HFM etc.)
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
