1. Support on preparation of the Budget, Revised forecast, Strategic Plan, from initial framing to presentation to HQs, working closely with BPC Manager and other departments.

2. Plan and control the business and financial information pertaining to the activities of Brand.

3. Closely monitor – and prepare when needed – the investment plans for Brand boutiques.
