Regional Performance Manager

The Regional Performance Manager (RPM) is the primary point of contact with the Retailers, acting as a true commercial business partner to our Heads of Business (HoB), helping drive performance throughout both Sales & Customer Service departments in the Retailer and encouraging cross-departmental working.

¢ºDeliver the retailers¡¯ sales volume target and manage customer satisfaction & retailer¡¯s profitability
¢ºWorks with Retailer managers to agree annual targets for the sales team
¢ºMonitors the performance of the Retailer¡¯s sales team against targets
¢ºAnalyses performance data (e.g. sales conversion ratios, sales force data, profitability analytics)
