Job Title: 3CE DMI – (Sr.) Global Campaign & Content Specialist WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a (Sr.) Global Campaign & Content specialist, who is responsible for creating innovative, impactful, and customer-centric campaigns and content for new products and existing pillar products that can engage consumers and meet the brand objectives. A DAY IN THE LIFE: Develop a global or country-exclusive campaign strategy & content mix for new product launch/pillar-product repush/brand partnership, etc. based on brand vision, campaign objectives, market trends & consumer insights. Build and craft campaign big idea and ensure/communicate with counterparts that key messaging is consistent across all customer touchpoints. Develop clear campaign briefs for Creative Content team or an external agency to pursue best-in-class assets, and work as a primary point of contact to brief a campaign needs, exchange feedback, and track progress/timelines of campaign development. Build campaign dossiers to communicate campaign strategy and materials available to markets in advance of launch. Communicate and align with counterparts (Countries, Innovation, Creative content, Retail Design, PR & Comm, social media, Global business development) to drive market-relevant & consolidated campaigns. Manage and monitor the DMI¡¯s drive timeline to make sure to deliver projects on time to the countries. WHO YOU ARE: Education: Bachelor¡¯s degree. Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience – Preference in beauty. Specific requirement: A strong sense or interest in makeup, fashion, and art is preferred. Ability to take initiative and work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit. Inter-personal and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Understanding of the beauty consumer and market landscape is preferred. Language: Fluent in both Korean and English.
