First 1-2 weeks in December 2024 depending on experience. / Training is paid (1/2 of salary) -강의 시작 전 2024년 12월 1-2째주. 경험에 따라 최소 1~2주 / (청강 / 모의강의 유급 (급여의 1/2) * Teaching* 3 options
(1) 주 6일 (6 days a week) --> Monday - Saturday
(2) 주 4일 (4 days a week) --> M,W,F,S / Tu, W, Th, Sat
(3) 주 2일 (2 days a week) --> Wednesday, Saturday
*Working Time / 시간*
Mon - Fri 2:00pm-10pm (or 1-9 for 1st and 2nd grade), Sat 10am - 5 pm
- 월-금 2:00pm-10:00pm (또는 오후 1-9 초등학교 1-2학년 가르칠 경우에 선택가능), 토 10am-5pm *Vacation / Holiday / 휴가*
·Academy Vacation days: 3-5 days off for each holiday
(1) Lunar New Year, (2) Children’s Day, (3) Summer Vacation, (4) Korean Thanksgiving, and (5) Winter Vacation
·Personal Vacation days: 2, 4, 6 days paid vacation (on top of academy vacation days)
- 휴가 일수 - 학원 휴가 : (1) 설 연휴 (2) 어린이날 (3) 여름 방학 (4) 추석 (5)겨울방학, 학원 일정에 맞춰 3~5일씩 휴가 발생 - 개인휴가 : 연간 2, 4, 6일 유급휴가 (학원 휴가 일수에 추가 / 학원과 날짜 협의 결정) *Location / 위치*

*Salary / 급여*
Determined after interview (negotiable based on experience and qualification) % incentives provided for retention and number of students taught / Will be hired as a freelance instructor (3.3 % taxed)
-면접 후 결정 (경력 및 자격에 따라 협상 가능) 유지 및 가르치는 학생 수에 따라 인센티브 제공 / 프리랜서 강사로 고용됨 (3.3% 과세)

After initial interview we may ask you to do a brief mock teaching another day with some of our students to see your energy as a teacher and interaction with the students.
-1차 인터뷰 후에는 교사로서의 에너지와 학생들과의 상호작용을 확인하기 위해 일부 학생들과 함께 간단한 모의 수업을 요청 할 수 있습니다.
