1. Compensation & Benefit

-  The day-to-day operations of HR

-  Support HR manager for employee data analysis, material preparation, employee and management engagement

-  Monthly payroll including year end settlement, social insurance reporting and employee termination

-  Analysis of HR cost and workforce for executive HR reports

-  Provide guidance to employees¡¯ enquires on benefit programs, procedures, changes

-  Administer and supervise benefit programs such as group accident insurance, congratulatory and condolence

2. Recruitment

-  Responsible for recruitment including souring, scheduling interviews, offer generation and etc.

-  Manage headcount planning and execute full life cycle

-  Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the recruitment system and social media platforms

-  Build a network with relevant industry, professional or other groups to create a pipeline of talent

3. HR Data / Reports

-  Personnel data management

-  Provide day-to-day HR administrative support

-  Maintain employee document and HR system

-  Internal communication and events

-  Support HR manager for employee data analysis, material preparation, employee and management engagement

-   B.A. degree / graduated degree or equivalent

-   More than 3 year HR Generalist experience preferred

-   Business English (writing and speaking)

-   Good Microsoft Office skills, SAP preferred  

-   Capability for multi task»ó¼¼ ¾÷¹«³»¿ë, ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç, ±Ù¹«Á¶°Ç, ±Ù¹«È¯°æ µîÀ» ÀÔ·ÂÇØ ÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
