[담당업무]

- Planning : Provide support to the planning of application release and local IT infrastructure in line with IT strategy and security requirements
- Work with IT application team for the planning of application change/release
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining local infrastructure based on legal and HQ requirements
- Plan and manage infrastructure based on capacity and strategic/operational requirements

- Implementing : Coordinate the implementation of application change management process and the relevant ITSM processes, Ensure security and business requirements are implemented in IT infrastructure
- Operate IT change / incident / problem management processes (incl. application changes)
- Operate the servers, platforms, and network systems located in both internal data room and IDC
- Maintain IT security solution(DLP, DRM, Patch) and call system (PBX, IVR, CTI, Recording)
- Coordinate IT Infrastructure issue resolution with HQ counterparts
- Plan and implement countermeasures to the identified vulnerabilities of IT assets (servers, network systems)
- Implement and enhance server and network security controls as per the guidelines and/or best practices

- Managing : Manage application change / release management and underlying infrastructure / platforms
- Manage application change / release management processes and manage the underlying infrastructure components
- Manage outsourced employees for infrastructure and client support

[자격요건] 
- IT Infrastructure management 5년 이상 경험
 - 영어 (비즈니스 기초 가능, 메일/간단한 회화 소통가능)
 - Infrastructure architecture for business applications 에 대한 이해도가 높은 분
 - Application / platform operation and ITSM(ITIL)에 대한 지식이 있으신 분

[우대사항]
 - Information Technology or similar disciplines 유관 학사 전공
 - WAS and DBMS 에 대한 이해도가 있으신 분
