As part of dynamic Tax team, you will contribute to ensuring compliance of all customs regulations and tax laws which affect the company. You will be in charge of all customs matters by mitigating the relevant risks and advise duty saving opportunities in compliance with relevant regulations and FTAs, and also provide consulting and training to relevant functions. You will also be able to lead the process of customs audits and interact with customs authorities to address challenges with the support of both internal and external advisors.

• -관련 부서에 컨설팅 및 교육을 제공하며, 관세 감사 과정을 주도하고 내부 및 외부 자문가의 지원을 받아 관세 당국과의 문제를 해결

주요 업무:

• -관세 통제 영역(관세 납부 및 환급, FTA, 수입 요건, 보세 창고 관리 등)을 선제적으로 찾아 정확하고 신속하게 비즈니스에 컨설팅을 제공하고, 잠재적인 관세 위험을 식별하여 관세 당국의 중대한 관세 또는 벌금 절감에 기여
• -새로운 법률 또는 규정, 비즈니스 구조, 활동 변화 등에 따라 관세 준수 관점에서 절감 가능한 영역을 식별하고, 세금 인센티브 프로그램을 최대한 활용할 수 있는 절감 아이디어를 제안
• -관련 부서 및 직원들에게 관세 위험을 교육하고 인식을 높이며, 식별된 위험 영역과 내부 요구 사항을 해결하기 위해 원칙과 프로세스를 개발, 설계 및 구현
• -감사 및 항소 과정에서 감사원의 도전에 대한 반박 논거를 준비하고, 제출된 정보의 영향을 깊이 이해하며, 증거 문서를 통해 반박 논거를 개발
• -관세 및 국제 세금 관점에서 가장 도전적인 영역을 해결하기 위해 이전 가격(Transfer Pricing) 연구 및 문서화를 수행하고, 관련 문제를 관리
• -특수 프로젝트 팀을 주도하거나 기여하며, 관세 및 세금 환경과 관련된 잠재적 문제에 대해 세무 관리자, 관련 부서 및 글로벌 세무 팀에 정보를 제공하고, 관련 위험을 줄이기 위한 준비를 선제적으로 시작
