- 제품개발 R&D pipeline 확충
- 프로젝트 milestone management, report & decision
- 프로젝트 수행을 위한 resource 관리 (HR & finance)
- 외부 프로젝트 도입 검토 및 기술적 평가
[REQUIREMENT]
- 관련 학과 (약학, 제약학, 화학, 고분자 공학, 생물공학 등) 졸업 및 박사 학위 소지자
- 관련업무 연구자로써 15년 이상 경력자 (필수)
- 팀장 이상의 주요연구자로써 개량신약 연구 경력
- 개량신약, 신약의 제형연구 및 preformulation 연구 경력
- 패취제 및 기타 특수제형에 대한 개발 경력
- 파트너사 및 유관부서와 협업 및 communication skill
- Global R&D insight
- 창의성과 혁신
- 결과 및 성과지향
- English communication 능력
