- 과학적 전문 지식, 자료 조사, 팀의 실험 결과를 바탕으로 프로젝트 방향성 설정
- 신규 과제 발굴
- 연구보고서 및 프로젝트 프레젠테이션 준비 주도
- 연구의 설계 및 실험적 구현 지침 제공
- 팀원의 멘토링 제공(drug discovery에 초점을 맞춘 팀을 이끄는 역할)

[자격요건]

- PhD in pharmacology, oncology, biology, or related field

- 15+/10+ years of research experience in the field of oncology

- Work experience in a drug discovery setting in industry

- Fluent in Korean and English

- Deep understanding of drug development process from discovery to clinical studies

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams
