JOB SCOPE
Define Product Management work package and methodology which is compatible with MQ culture and organization
Internally promote product management function to build up image and influence which is less now
Manage region product portfolio
Setting up the region product/segment strategy for sustainable and profitable business growth
Market intelligence analysis
Manage short and long-term business forecast
Coordinating global product management communication and activity with innovation team and product management team
New customer contract and Set up initial Business between intercompany
Unregularly Internal Project Leading
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
[Product Portfolio]
Set up and follow up product/segment business strategy for long term business growth with sales
Collect market feedback (customer and new technology trend) to define new product development direction
Set up relationship with related customer person for information collection and product promotion
[Strategy]
Build up the business plan for new product development which include feasibility analysis, financial analysis etc and leading product pre-development from commercial standpoint
Manage CRM input and output, moderating BU meeting together with group manager /sales manger
Present business opportunities/forecast to management
Build up opportunity pipeline together with sales team to define the share gain area and in line with business forecast

Join the major industry event to collect market information and promote OUR product
Manage our company to be member of industry committee/forum
Organize the tech-show for product promotion
Market intelligence analysis by different view angel (competition, customer and market organic growth and obsolescence etc)

Develop the short term & long-term business forecast together with sales team and set up top down goal based on market analysis
Update yearly forecast quarterly with sales team and analysis the forecast from different angle (customer and market performance) with PPT output
Management & Communication
Coordinating global product management communication and activity with innovation team and product management team
Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior¡¯s expectation.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
Bachelor or above degree with engineering background.
Above 5 years working experience in sales as contact window in front of the customers including at least 5 years working experience in related industry. Marketing and Business Development experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience in handling business with OEM and Tier-1 Suppliers.
Good presentation skills and negotiation skills.
Good relationship with specific OEMs
Good commercial sense.
Willing to travel.
