* Job Description:
- Lead the product planning, technical profiling, product development, market implementation, maintenance and cost optimization of healthy beauty products (skin care, color, personal care and wellness device) that drive consumer and business values
- Advance our healthy beauty and wellness device product pipeline by investigating and identifying new and innovative technologies and enhancing the healthy skin and healthy aging solutions 
- Create science-based stories of healthy beauty and wellness device products, requiring documentations and technical proposals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, such as Marketing, Technical Regulatory and Consumer Product Research and other cross-functional team members, to establish appropriate technical profiles to meet functional, aesthetic and product claims platforms that meet consumer needs
- Design and conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of product ideas, prototypes or concepts
- Perform as a technical liaison with global and/or regional partners, Marketing Affiliates and technical counterparts to enhance understanding of executing developments for the global market
- Develop relationships with internal and external experts, vendors and collaborators toward idea generation and innovation which is applied to product development

* Desired Degree/Experience
- Above Ph.D. degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, food science, nutrition or relating degree with over 1-3 years of experience in the field
 
* Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge in skin science and mechanism of actions of products in human body
- Paper research and test design skills
- Positive and flexible attitude in dealing with multiple tasks
- Above high-level of written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft-tools
