Key tasks of the Job:


(a) Required knowledge, education, and experience:

             University degree in a relevant area: Food Science, Food Technology or related field Chemistry, Microbiology

            - Sound knowledge of Quality and Food Safety methodologies including HACCP, GMP, Sanitation, Regulation and other certifications

            - Experience in restaurant or franchising business, food industry minimum 5 years 

            

             (b) Skills:

               - Good communication and team-working skills. Strong in both verbal and written communication 

               - Good level of influencing skills in dealing internal and external business partners

               Analytical skills – analyses and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements.

               - Goals oriented, sets clear priorities and meet deadlines.


         (c)  English: Intermediate level of English proficiency in both written and verbal
