Honeywell is seeking a Senior Account Director for Samsung who will be responsible for developing, managing and executing Honeywell¡¯s growth strategy with the account across all business groups. The leader will work closely with commercial and product management teams across multiple business groups and will report into the Korea country president. This position will be based in Seoul.

This leader will have strong domain expertise in semiconductors/electronics, senior executive relationships in the account and have a proven track record of success in commercial and key account management roles.  Strategic planning, consultative-selling and commercial intensity are required skillsets for the role as this individual will help guide Honeywell¡¯s efforts to consistently grow its business with the account, clearly develop and articulate the account growth strategy, position Honeywell for success in the semiconductor industry and help establish enterprise-to-enterprise agreements through the establishment of C-level relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, independent leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably from a multinational company and/or semiconductor background and with proven track record of driving commercial success. This individual should have outstanding executive presence and an ability to assimilate quickly to new industries, a strong orientation toward process and organization, and the ability to influence stakeholders and clients in a highly matrixed corporate environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication are required, as is mastery of Korean and English.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic account plan for Samsung Group utilizing all resources including marketing, analytics, and cross business relationships to build a robust sales pipeline (both in Korea and abroad) and close deals to drive above-market growth.  

Specifically, you will be required and empowered to:

-Develop productive, long-term relationships with Samsung key executive decision-makers in priority subsidiaries with strong focus on Samsung Electronics stakeholders
-Influence decision making at all levels of the Samsung account
-Form enterprise-to-enterprise agreements with the Samsung account
-Work with key Honeywell businesses to develop a company-wide sales strategy for priority Samsung subsidiaries (Samsung Electronics, Samsung E&A, Samsung Heavy Industries) with major focus on semiconductors business
-Analyze Samsung¡¯s semiconductor value chain, Honeywell¡¯s current position in it and work with key Honeywell businesses to develop organic/inorganic growth strategy to broaden Honeywell¡¯s product portfolio in the value chain
-Establish the Management Operating System for managing Samsung account
-Drive Revenue and Margin growth as well as customer satisfaction for Samsung account

YOU MUST HAVE:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
-15+ years¡¯ experience in combination of Sales, Key Account management, and Business Development
-Extensive knowledge and experience working with Samsung and in the semiconductor industry
-Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
