3. Work with key organizational and client leadership to develop and instill processes, workflows that support the profitable delivery of client work. 

4. Be the go-to business partner for operational process development and implementation, organizational structure and design, and risk identification and mitigation 

5. Maintain and enforce high standards of communications and documentation, including status and financial reports, timelines, scopes, change orders, burn reports and forecasting, best practices and asset management 

6. Proactively manage, provide guidance, and develop clear communication standards around project and business-related risks, including mitigation planning. 

7. Engage cross-functional teams though the FY planning process while merging it with overall creative and production timelines 

8. Actively manage a portfolio of campaigns with interdependencies, in partnership with capability leads and Project Management team 

9. Work with capability leads to understand business needs and helping identify and solve issues to meet business goals 

10. Demonstrate the ability to deliver constructive feedback while outlining and facilitating development plans where needed 

11. Sharing Global Case and Leveraging Global Learnings for Pfizer Korea
