II. social media - Manage local Social agencies - Social budget management including paid activation - Adapt and create local content in collaboration with HQ communication team - Social Competitive analysis & reporting including GA
III. Event - Adapt HQ guidelines and build a local Event plan to support and accelerate local business - Lead this local Event activity, monitor the ROI of each action, and share monthly reports with HQ 360 teams: events, pop-ups, commercial or visibility actions with business partners, CRM actions - Share with the HQ Trade Marketing Project Manager, local needs and suggest relevant tools or actions - Lead the coordination with selected and relevant vendors, agencies, and third parties to implement local actions successfully - Negotiate and finalize the contract details for the related activities. Ensure all activities comply with company policy and SOP - Ensure to post-event report to HQ/ APAC - Ensure and share with HQ a continuous competitive analysis and reporting on new/ existing event actions - Guide and monitor the team to execute event activities from A to Z plus ROI monitoring to make sure the implementation is properly and in line with HQ guidelines - Define the yearly budget and budget plan with related actions, including pop up plans - Monitor the expenses according to the Company guidelines

CRM & Customer Experience - Monitor customers¡¯ KPIS and elaborate & implement specific action plans to accelerate recruitment - Adapt and build specific actions according to local needs and share with HQ CRM - Be actively part of the construction and implementation of the clienteling project - CRM & customer experience competitive analysis and reporting to HQ CRM - Organizing Gift to induce revisiting & purchasing of the clients - Plan the clients¡¯ contact method to deliver the brand news including novelties
V. VM - VM budget management including paid activation - Managing Creativity setting including material order & Disposal - Distribution of VM guidelines to the boutique level to maintain the neat condition
VI. ETC - Editorial material Management: Translation management to deliver brand code and emotion with appropriate language / Budget control - Homepage creation Management: HP creation request for the necessary info. and updated look - Support POSM action.
