- Support for the preparation of employment-related letters for staff
including end of probation, reference requests, role changes and
promotions.
- Assist with the exit process.
- Support employees and management with HR-related issues and provide
necessary information on company policies.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Co-ordinate with total rewards team to
ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations
- Assist in the execution of HR
initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs, wellness
initiatives, and culture-building activities.
Requirements;
- University graduate and above
- Minimum 2 years of experience
in HR or related job
- Proficiency in MS Office
application software (Workday )
- Fluent English both in
written and verbal
