Position Summary
-  Bring in new customers
-  Lead sales activities for major customers through direct engagement 

R&R
- To manage Logistic Sales and Business Development in Air , Ocean , Local Transportation and Warehousing
- To deliver presentations towards customers in Middle East & Africa, and initiate regular business meetings for such sales activities
- Promote existing customers¡¯ retention, cross selling and upselling
- To Build and lead a strong Business Development team, achieve both short-term/long-term target
- To Establish supply chain strategy of the region, to ensure that Team grows quickly to become an absolute top tier logistics company in the same region
- To Lead a team of int¡¯l freight / express sales and Cooperate with procurement experts, drive the team to perform and deliver results
- To closely monitor trends on rates of Air & Ocean freight and work with procurement experts to secure competitive price and stable space
- To Achieve sales target, present the performance in reports and internal regular meetings
- To manage/monitor sound Business Opportunity (Inventory) level of all Sales Team in the region
- To set up Go-To-Market strategy by region and make sure the sales activities go in line with the strategy
