Á¶°Ç : Á¤±ÔÁ÷ó¿ì : ÇùÀÇ • Reporting to Local General Manager, Operation and Regional Compliance Director, APAC• Responsible for assuring compliance of Quality/Food Safety in operating unit.• Directs and leads Food Safety / HACCP program with focus on prevention and control of hygiene and food safety risks.• Acting as the primary business quality project manager for Corporate Quality Assurance requirements and regulations are in compliant and measured and controlled.QualificationsEducation:• Bachelor's degree in food science, quality, technical or business-related field.Work Experience:• Minimum of 8 years quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference in food manufacturing• Auditing experience• Proven teamwork experience in a fast-paced environment• Proven experience in development and implementation of quality standards and managing food quality processesTechnical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)• HACCP certification / FSMS• Local regulatory required certifications / License• ISO 22000 internal auditor is a plus• Basic lean, six sigma knowledge, and continuous improvement understanding is a plusLanguage / Communication Skills:• English is a must• Multi-lingual is an advantage
