Role
¡× Lead the
global success and sales growth of assigned key account in the electronics industry.
¡× Develop
and execute the key account strategy and plan together with the global team.
¡× Actively
develop a global network with key account decision-makers.
¡× Coordinate
all global activities in the key account (global pricing, specifications, etc.)
¡× Initiate,
supervise and coordinate sales activities to ensure sales success.
¡× Provide
high level technical solutions to the key account together with the team.
¡× Oversee
sales for local accounts in Korea.
¡× Work
closely with the local and global sales organization and support teams.
Qualifications
¡× At least
5 years of experience either as a senior Sales Manager, Account Manager, or Key
Account Manager.
¡× Extensive
work experience in the industrial automation sector or in the electronics or
display sector.
¡× Existing
networks in the Korea Electronics or Display Sector, and/or relevant system
integrators.
¡× Strong
entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated and independent.
¡× Strong
ability to work in a global team, a high level of initiative and a willingness
to take responsibility.
¡× Analytical
and strategic skills to develop a key account strategy and ensure a long-term
successful growth.
¡× Willingness
to travel internationally.
¡× Business
English level to communicate with global teams.
¡× Technical
university degree.
