Responsibilities:
¡¤
Lead and manage the technical aspects of eCommerce projects, from system
architecture to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
¡¤
Develop, maintain, and optimize our eCommerce infrastructure, focusing on
scalability, security, and performance.
¡¤
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to
define requirements and deliver solutions that improve customer experience and
business operations.
¡¤
Oversee a team of developers and engineers, providing guidance,
mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
¡¤
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across eCommerce
platforms, with a focus on minimizing downtime and enhancing reliability.
¡¤
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating
relevant advancements into the technical roadmap and strategies.
¡¤
Develop and enforce best practices and standards in code quality, system
architecture, and data management.
Requirement:
¡¤
Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical management or leadership roles,
with a strong focus on eCommerce systems. Proven track record in managing
large-scale eCommerce projects or platforms.
¡¤
Technical Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify) and cloud
environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in API integration, payment
gateways, and database management.
¡¤
System Architecture: In-depth understanding of eCommerce architecture, including API
integrations, payment gateways, security protocols, and database management.
¡¤
Project Management: Experience in agile methodologies, with a hands-on approach to
leading technical teams and managing timelines, budgets, and project
milestones.
¡¤
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to address
technical challenges and improve system performance.
¡¤
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of
collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
¡¤
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing
multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting priorities as needed.

Languages: Proficiency in Korean and English is required for effective
communication with cross-functional and international teams.
