Job Responsibilities:
¡Ü Customer Service: Provide timely and efficient customer service, including handling
inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure customer needs are met.
¡Ü Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly with effective
solutions, maintaining good customer relationships.
¡Ü Product Support: Understand and effectively explain product features and
functionalities, assisting customers with usage issues and challenges.
¡Ü Data Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback and service data, provide
recommendations for product improvements and customer service enhancements.
Requirements:
¡Ü Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the gaming industry, including online or offline
casinos, BPO services, traditional games, blockchain, or related fields.
¡Ü Customer Focus: Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and
exceeding customer expectations.
¡Ü Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact
effectively with customers and team members.
¡Ü Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address
customer issues and operational challenges.
¡Ü Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, adapting
to changing priorities and tasks.
¡Ü Shift Flexibility: Able to work on a rotating shift schedule to support 24/7 operations, as
required by business needs.
¡Ü Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Korean (both spoken and written) is
advantageous.
