Work with Visual Merchandising on capacity planning to make sure the stores have the right amount of SKU¡¯s per space/concept at any point in time
2. In-season Planning - Inbound tracking & Outbound planning o Coordination with other departments for Inbound & Outbound o Ensure products are unloaded and sent to the stores in a timely manner partnering with SCM team and logistics - Performance analyzing o Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal reporting (Style level) o Drive the discussion on actions needed based on trading o Review the plans for upcoming seasons against actual situation and create final store plans and stock flow for allocation. - Product flow management o Ensure an efficient inventory flow between channels and locations; transfers in and out, store vs warehouse, and that any opportunities are fulfilled. o Seasonal return/retrimming management
3. Process improvement - Ensure existing tools are compatible with country needs and highlight it to improve - Create extensive Lessons-learnt analyses for previous seasons to be used for future season
