3. 담당업무
- 자동차 기술 교육을 포함하여, 전반적인 딜러 조직을 위한 교육 프로그램을 담당
- 고객 지원 프로젝트를 조정하고 구현
- 장기 및 단기 현지 자격 전략을 정의하고 자격 KPI 및 목표에 대해 보고 
- 기술 교육 내용 및 운영 관리

4. 자격요건
- Bachelor`s degree in Mechanical, Automotive and Electrical Engineering or relevant field is required.
- 3~7 years work experience in automotive industry or relevant mechanical industry.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Automotive technical training.
- Potential leadership skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Korean  
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent IT incl. MS Office skills.
- Experience in project management.
