• Leads the team to implement the activists of project proposal that include

development of scope, functions, interrelationship, integration, physical solution definition, cost estimate in Korea and abroad.

• Implement a standardized and effective project management process in the team.

• Accountable for recruitment, appraisal, coaching & development, and assignments

for team members.

• Accountable for definition of required partners, tools & resources in the field of

project management.

• Responsible to provide first level management support for projects in agreed

portfolio (escalation, consulting)

• Leads the team for project execution for project proposal, initiatives, studies and

continuous improvement of solutions and Problem solvers.
