As a Global Projects Director here at Honeywell, you will be leading the KAS (Korea as source) business, with the goal to win new regional businesses for the country. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's global projects.
You will report directly to our Country General Manager and you will work out of our Korea location on a On-site work schedule. In this role, your impact is comprehensive, encompassing strategic alignment, project efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data thoughtfulness, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, strategic planning, and organizational growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of our KAS project, contributing to the organization's overall success and performance-driven in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and oversee project management activities
• Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and guidelines
• Manage project performance metrics and reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams globally to win new business
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Set targets and budget for projects
• Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement
• Guide and drive strategic initiatives to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness
YOU MUST HAVE
• 15+ years of experience in project management or related roles
• Prior experience in a guiding or director-level role
• Prior experience in a regional director-level role
• Strong guiding and people management skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
