프로젝트 매니저	[MISSION] • Leading cosmetic product development projects: from brief to validated formula data - Co-build the brief and product concept with Marketing teams in Paris -Contribute to cosmetic product concept ideation and first feasibility studies -Contribute to refining the product target with development teams (complexity, price, technical and financial feasibility) -Brief Third Party Manufacturers on requirements -Evaluate each formula submission, coordinate sensorial evaluation and feedback from Paris-based marketing -Follow-up TPM adherence to requirements on every submission. Challenge TPM on technical choices and limitations. [MISSION]

[MUST HAVE SKILLS]
