What You¡¯ll Do

Provide general administrative support for the organization, with the primaries in operation and management of various services for operating factories and offices and supporting employees

[Employee services]

Dormitory lease/management

-Communication with real-estate brokers for properties search -Manage contract upon alignment w/ legal, extend/terminate contracts  -Manage move in and out  -Conduct Satisfaction survey,  analysis data and improvement accordingly  Commuting Bus operation

-Manage Contract upon alignment w/ legal  -Conduct Satisfaction survey,  analysis data and improvement (Routes, stops adjustment) accordingly  Company cafeteria operation

-Supplier assessment and nomination -Complete Food Hygiene Management Manager Training -Conduct Satisfaction survey,  analysis data and improvement (Reflect various operational management and employee opinions) accordingly  -Manage/purchasing Kitchen facilities and appliances   [Space management]

Office/Factory Lease/Purchasing

-Find properties for leasing and purchasing of external offices and factories -Handle lease terms, maintenance requests, and other related issues Office seats & layout management

-Manage space planning and office layout changes to accommodate company growth and operational needs -Manage overall office and building administration    Parking lot management

-Parking lot assignment and violation management with periodic rotation [General affairs]

-Manage and purchase office supplies, Office equipment and Company assets -Manage Rental services for small appliances -Manage Driver/Delivery service -Manage Badge (Activation/deactivation request to badge office, Manage accessible area) -Support Family event (Bus, Funeral supplies, congratulatory money etc.) and company events [Document(Guideline) Management]

-Create, update periodic internal guideline for GA services [Cost Reconciliation]

-Process and reconcile expenses related to general affairs, including office supplies, facilities maintenance, and services -Prepare and submit regular expense reports -Ensure all costs are accurately recorded and allocated within the budget -Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgeting and cost control

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor¡¯s degrees or above with a major in business administration or the related field

Familiar with all the GA/HR/Administration operation process

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in both English and Korean (Written and Speaking) is essential

Strong skill on Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Documentation is necessary

Positive attitude, efficient, teamwork spirit
