The WFM and Optimization will be responsible for workforce management and optimize labor forecasting, budgeting, and accurate input of all sales and forecasting data, partnering on payroll distribution with retail divisions.

They will take an analytical, action-oriented approach to budgeting and payroll by providing analysis and reporting to understand and measure impact / return on investment for all initiatives, as well as make recommendations for efficiency and business driving initiatives.
