• Support the recruitment process
• Support the onboarding and resignation process
• Processing leavers, joiners, and any employment changes
• Operate and manage HR Benefits
• Support HR priority projects and conduct HR reports and payroll management
• HR related vendor management including invoice processing, contract
• Assist with the operation of HR campaign, company activities, and events

• Bachelor
or equivalent,
• Around
2-3 years¡¯ experience in HR fields or equivalent,
• Experience
in multinational companies required, retail & FMCG industry preferred,
• Strong
ability to identify and resolve issues required,
• Experience and knowledge of HR regulation and labor law required,
• Sound knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and compensation & benefit
