[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] 1. Market & Product Analysis Analyze the products¡¯ markets and performance (Group and Competitor products) in terms of sales, image, scientific characteristics, marketing and promotional tools, distribution channels, product mix, company profit etc
2. Campaign Plan Plan and execute 360 campaign based on brand philosophy & product information Set sales target of key product through effective campaign program and support each channel to achieve the goal.
3. Product Development & Management Prepare and implement the launch & development plan of products in charge Price, Profit, Product key Claim, Key information, RA requirement analysis & development
4. Product Forecast Prepare and regularly monitor sales forecasts for the product ranges (as well as the promotional tools) and put in place all means required to avoid delays, out-of-stocks and obsolete items, and to optimize inventory management, in collaboration with the logistics department Ensure sales objectives and achieved in accordance with the budget
5. Product Marketing Plan Prepare the local marketing plan by channel in collaboration with the other departments (sales, communication, logistics, regulatory etc) Propose and deploy the marketing tools to channels
6. Promotion Present the product ranges and promotional campaigns to the relevant channels Provide all the promotional tools required to the sales networks (support for visits, product sheets, GWPs, samples etc)
7. Qualification Education: University graduate and/or up Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management at the cosmetic industry. Olive Young experience is MUST. Premium cosmetic or perfume brand experience is optional. Language: Fluent in both Korean and English Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
