Job Description • Continuously provide effective suggestions to
improve current systems and tools. • Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and
operative tasks. • Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of
daily work to meet given targets. • Resolve all issues relating to accounting,
allotment, notification, cancellations, contents updates etc. • Train new hotels on how to use the extranet,
monitor rates and availability on site. • Support and assist Market Managers for
operational tasks, and coordinate with other departments involved in the
assisgned project.
Job Requirements • Legally authorized to work in South Korea • Relevant exposure in hotel/tourism/OTA
environment will be a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
and PowerPoint. • Dynamic, positive, and a good team
player. • Able to work independently with minimal
supervision. • Detail oriented and fast learning
capability. • Business-level fluency in Chinese, and English
would be an advantage. • Relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing
support, hotel reservation and coordination, revenue/yield management, etc.
(min. 1 year) * This is a 12-months contractor sales operation role based in Seoul, relevant experience within hotel industry is highly preferred. |
