Job Description

  Continuously provide effective suggestions to improve current systems and tools.

  Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.

  Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of daily work to meet given targets.

  Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, contents updates etc.

  Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, monitor rates and availability on site.

  Support and assist Market Managers for operational tasks, and coordinate with other departments involved in the assisgned project.

 

Job Requirements

  Legally authorized to work in South Korea

  Relevant exposure in hotel/tourism/OTA environment will be a plus.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  Dynamic, positive, and a good team player. 

  Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  Detail oriented and fast learning capability. 

  Business-level fluency in Chinese, and English would be an advantage.

  Relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination, revenue/yield management, etc. (min. 1 year)


This is a 12-months contractor sales operation role based in Seoul, relevant experience within hotel industry is highly preferred.
