What You’ll Do

1. Support business forecast

• Create and manage business forecast in CRM 
• Submit CTL (Change Tracking Log) 
• Manage market shares at every QCR/QFR

2. Report creation 

• Create reports using BI (Business Intelligence) tools and CRM/SAP
• Prepare supporting materials for internal & corporate cutoff (QCR/QFR)

3. Quotation and PO Management

• Create and upload quotation in the customer's ERP system
• Track PO issuance and validate any discrepancy 

4. Clean Booking management

• Crosscheck between customer sales order and Lam's system sales information to deliver and recognize revenue without compliance issue

Who We’re Looking For

Responsible for supporting sales activities by understanding the PRP (Proposal Response Process) within the corporation, assisting the business team with forecasting, analyzing market share, and identifying business trends. Proficient in ERP systems (CRM/SAP) for documenting regional input and regularly communicating with the corporation to track responses to business requirements and overall sales-related processes and policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1~2 years order fulfillment experience in relevant industry a plus
• SAP and CRM experience a plus
• International trade major preferred

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
