Opportunities - Build the flywheel among stakeholders to align against schedules, priorities, budgets, and resources. - Be the integral part of the software development process by owning the operational aspects. - Act as the help center to identify projects' roadblocks, challenges and possibilities. - Work hard towards expertise on security, privacy and compliance for ongoing and future initiatives. - Continue optimizing processes to accommodate business requirements and market changes. - Publish periodic project status reports to provide the holistic view over the health and the progress of the project. - 스케줄, 우선순위, 예산, 리소스 등에 대해 이해관계자들이 같은 이해를 할 수 있는 플라이휠을 구축합니다. - 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스의 핵심 부속이 되어 운영적인 측면에 대한 책임을 집니다. - 프로젝트의 방해 요소와 문제점들, 그리고 가능성들을 모두 찾아낼 수 있는 헬프센터 역할을 합니다. - 다양한 이니셔티브들 안에서 보안, 개인정보, 컴플라이언스 등에 대한 전문성을 확보합니다. - 프로세스에 대한 끝없는 효율화를 통해 비즈니스의 요구와 시장의 변화에 능동적으로 대응합니다. - 주기적인 프로젝트 상태 보고서를 작성해 프로젝트의 상태와 진척도에 대한 전체적인 그림을 제공합니다. 지원자격 Qualifications - 2+ years of professional software development experiences. - Experiences of working with multiple engineering teams. - Possession of excellent communication skills in both verbal and written methods. - Good understanding of modern software development methodologies and lifecycles. - 2+년의 전문적인 소프트웨어 개발 경험. - 복수 개의 엔지니어링 팀과 협업한 경험. - 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 능력 (구두 및 문서 작성 모두). - 현대 소프트웨어 개발 방법론과 SLDC에 대한 충분한 이해. 우대사항 - Experience in e-commerce services (checkout/order/payment/shipment) operations. - Experience in multi-language and multi-region services operations. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. - Experiences of working with cross-functional teams including software engineering, product development, and leadership. - 2+ years of working experiences in software related fields including product management, product design, operations, data analysis, quality assurance, and customer success. - 2+ years of technical program management experiences. - 이커머스 기능 (주문/결제/배송 등) 개발 경험. - 다중 언어 및 다중 지역에 서비스한 경험. - 컴퓨터 과학/공학 혹은 관련 전공의 학사 학위. - 소프트웨어 개발, 프로덕트, 리더쉽 등 다양한 역할과의 협업 경험. - 2+년의 소프트웨어 관련 직업 (프로덕트 매니징, 프로덕트 디자인, 운영, 데이터 분석, 품질 관리, 고객 서비스 등) 경험. - 2+년의 TPM 경험. 기타 안내사항 ※ 전형 안내 서류전형 - 면접전형 - 온라인인성검사 - Reference Check - 처우전형/건강검진 - 합격 * 직무에 따라 면접 방식 및 프로세스가 변경될 수 있습니다. * 지원서 내용 중 허위사실이 확인될 경우 채용이 취소될 수 있습니다. * 서류는 하나의 공고에만 지원 가능하며, 전형 종료 시 다른 공고로 지원 가능합니다.
