Position Summary
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of critical IT projects that enhance Inspire¡¯s operational efficiency, infrastructure reliability, and security posture. The TPM will work across multiple domains, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service management, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and SMEs. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, capable of driving projects to completion while maintaining accountability for documentation and risk management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of critical IT projects that support Inspire¡¯s business success. Example projects may include:
- Optimizing Inspire¡¯s Operations for Efficiency and Reliability:
- Implementation or upgrades of enterprise software solutions, such as systems for operational management, resource planning, or property management.
- Modernizing Inspire¡¯s Infrastructure for Scalability and Resilience:
- Network upgrades, improving service reliability, and enhancing system performance
- Strengthening Inspire¡¯s Security and Compliance Posture
- Deploying security solutions to enhance compliance, improve threat detection, and safeguard data.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor and communicate project performance and progress
Documentation Ownership
- Drive the creation, validation, and delivery of project documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders. This includes:
- Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)
- Technical Requirements Documentation (TRD)
- UAT Test Documentation, such as test plans and test cases.
- Project Progress Reports summarizing status, risks, and next steps
- Minutes of Meetings (MoM) to track decisions and action items

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Key Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing critical IT projects, including enterprise software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, or cybersecurity initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project documentation efforts, including business requirements, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Experience working closely with SMEs and vendors to validate deliverables and ensure alignment.
