Local P&L Management: Oversee the local P&L, ensuring comprehensive planning processes (AOP, 5YP), accurate forecasts, and effective cost and margin management to maximize profitability.

  • MBA degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years¡¯ work experience in Marketing/Sales for a leading multi-national company
  • Previous sales and/or retail management and experience in motivating a large non-direct or direct sales force a plus

  • Successful in working in a matrixed multinational corporate environment
