The Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, South Korea is responsible for overseeing service spare parts operation and providing frontline logistics support to the customers in South Korea. The primary role includes ensuring timely and successful completion of the spare parts order processing, delivery and transactions, supervising 3PL performance, inventory management, and proactively intervening to manage and resolve any issues with customers¡¯ orders.

Working closely with Manager, Customer Service and Logistics, China and South Korea and Senior Manager, Customer Service Operation & Supply Chain, Asia Pacific Region,  this position will support a one team approach to customer support, ensuring high quality service to the internal and external customers. The work location is in South Korea.
