CRM KPI Management 
- Lead CRM activities in collaboration with HQ and regional 
teams, 

  ensuring alignment with HQ requests. 

- Identify target segments, develop strategies, execute, and 

  monitor CRM activations and campaigns. 
- Prepare regular CRM reports analyzing campaign performance

  results based on KPIs (UPT, ABV, capture rate, retention rate, 

  customer engagement, etc.). 
- Maintain and update the customer database, and ensure 

  accuracy by coordinating with HQ. 
- Conduct CRM training sessions and communicate with sales 

  associates.   

Clienteling & Customer Experience Program 
- Provide action plans to engage inactive clients, cultivate 

  VICs, and enhance sales through CRM initiatives. 
- Develop and execute customer experience programs with 

  HQ and regional teams (key moments, local VIC events, 

  VIC personalized services, seasonal giftings, etc.). 
- Manage customer service standards and maintain service 

  quality aligned with the global guidelines. 
- Implement direct communications with high potential 

  customers to enhance engagement, retention, cross-selling, 

  and conversion. 
- Support store managers in strengthening VIC relationships 

  and identifying further opportunities through client reviews. 
- Contribute insights and training for improvements based 

  on analyzing clienteling results   

In-Store Activation 
- Plan monthly in-store sales activations that are aligned 

  with the marketing calendar. 
- Support and facilitate the implementation of promotional 

  actions, eDMs, DMs, and client communications 
- Ensure CRM campaign initiatives are effectively implemented

  and seamlessly integrated while co-working with internal 

  teams(Retail, Marketing) and external partners. 
- Capture promotion opportunities to recruit new customers in

  collaboration with third parties.

- Reporting line: Korea PR & Marketing Manager 
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in 

  luxury retail (fashion, cosmetics, Jewelry) 
- Sawon - Daeri level 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
- Data analysis and management skills. 

  (Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI) 
- Very hands-on and action oriented 
- International and open mindset 
- Fluent English and Korean 

  (frequent communication with HQ)
