[Position] Business Development Attendant (신입 가능, 중국어 우대)

INSPIRE Entertainment Resort Business Development 팀에서 중국 VIP 고객 마케팅 및 서비스 업무를 담당해주실 분을 채용합니다. 호텔 및 서비스, 중국 관련 학과 출신, 그리고 중국어 능통자를 선호합니다. 신입급 후보자도 지원 가능하나,중화권 현지 영업 경력이 있거나, 해당 국가 유학 경험이 있으신 분을 우대합니다.

뛰어난 국제적 감각과 긍정적인 마인드, 그리고 해외 (중국/홍콩 등) 출입국이 원활하게 가능한 지원자라면 누구든지 지원 가능합니다. 업무상 일본 국적의 고객과 Communication 이 빈번하게 발생하는 포지션으로, 일본어를 통해 Clear하게 자신의 의견을 전달하고 소통하실 수 있는 분을 선호합니다.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, Business Development Attendant is responsible for driving Casino revenues through the execution of Sales and Guest Service Initiatives and the on-going development of key contacts. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides 5 star+ service to support the Regional Sales (International) teams and to walk-in guests. 

• Working alongside VIP Services and Customer Care Centre, arranges every element of the Guests trip including travel, accommodation, local transportation, F&B and Resort amenity reservations and casino program management and settlements.

• Introduces and develops business from an established personal network of customers; drives referrals from key contacts.

• Develops new customers from on-floor identification methods and service excellence.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Chinese, Hospitality or other related fields preferred but not essential.

• 1+ year of professional sales experience within Japan or educational background in Japan. Experiences in Casino Integrated Resort Business Development and Guest Service requirements within Chinese is a plus. Entry level positions also available for candidates displaying guest service and sales capabilities.

• Excellent Chinese Written and Communication Skills (Based on assigned role and team)

• Desired Characteristics: Strong cross-cultural communication skills, Inter-personal & proactive to build positive relationships and linkages to internal departments and external groups, great negotiator, Self-motivated 100% customer driven providing all guests with 5-star service; impeccable ability to handle and positively resolve customer complaints.

• Ability to work independently.

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Attention to detail, organized and plans his/her time accordingly to ensure deadlines are hit.

• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters.

• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information classified as confidential.

• Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Office & Operational Work Environment

• Frequent international and domestic travel for pro-longed periods required.  Entertaining guests at various events and dinners essential

• Be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.

• Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.

• Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. 

• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
