i-Scream Media is the leading Ed Tech in Korea, holding a 95% market share with its digital teaching platform (i-Scream S) and being the number one publisher of textbooks (both digital and paper) in the primary school sector. Company has created a unique ecosystem in the ed tech industry with our platform, publishing & e-commerce business, and AI for education solutions. We believe that over the years, this ecosystem has further strengthened our leading position in the industry and naturally created an impenetrable economic moat. 

We would like to invite invaluable talent to the organization for the role of 'Strategic Investment.'

 

[Key Responsibilities]   

• Outbound/Domestic Strategic Investments (Buyout, Growth, Early, Seed)
• Manage and operate investment portfolios. Create more value through synergies with group and portfolio companies
• Develop and implement strategies for global business growth of the company and group
• Deep dive into the ed tech and AI industry, providing meaningful insights for investment and business strategy development
• (If the candidate is interested) Develop new business ideas, opportunities or even create a "Global Killer Product"

[Whom we are looking for]

• Experience in private equity, investment banking, strategic consulting, venture capital, financial advisory etc is preferable
• Fluent in English, with the ability to make good pitches and draft investment/strategy related documents
• Financial modeling skills 
• Understanding the goal of becoming a global ed tech company, and ready to take on this mission
