1.Set and implement Sales Strategy: Lead
-Define quantitative and qualitative targets for NSC and Dealer Network not only for short-term but also long-term
-Wholesale & retail volumes, contribution, stock levels, promotions & incentives, sales conditions, processes and sales channels

2.Manage Sales Area Managers and dealers: Lead
-Guide and facilitate sales team members to ensure successful implementation of Sales Strategy & Programs, ensuring efficient interaction with dealer network

3.Efficient management of operational & other resources of the Sales Department (people, budget funds, equipment) to achieve volume targets and financial performance: Lead

4.Design & develop marketing strategies with dealers to achieve targets, identify potential sales problems and development of counter measures in case of deviations: Lead

5.Cooperate with Product Planning & Marketing departments for initiating and developing actions and corrective measures to achieve targets : Lead

6.Develop CPO business

Minimum Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor or higher
-Language: Fluent Korean & English 
Job-Specific Skills:
-Minimum 10 years of sufficient business experience
-Automotive experience is an asset.
-Affinity to the luxury brand business
-Understanding of foreign company¡¯s subsidiary business
