- BS degree in Management or related field is preferred 

- Previously demonstrated leadership skills

- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

- Ability to analyze complex issues and recommend and implement practical solutions

- Ability to effectively and pragmatically apply OD approaches to meet business needs

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws    

- Strong influencing experience

- Knowledge in process analysis

- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills

- Solid written and verbal communication skills both in Korean and English
