How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
As an IP Specialist in the New Business Team, you will play a vital role in consulting and converting global brands who are interested in filing trademarks. Your expertise in trademark filing, along with a highly analytical and customer-centric mindset will be instrumental in guiding customers through the filing process. As the go-to expert, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional solutions along their trademark registration journey. This will be an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact by driving business growth through successful trademark conversions.
What you’ll Achieve
· 해외 상표출원 플랫폼 서비스를 운영합니다.
· 각국 파트너 로펌들과 해외 상표출원 업무를 위해 협업을 진행합니다.
· 각국 상표 출원 법규 관련 실무와 조사 업무를 진행합니다.
· 사내 제품, 세일즈, 마케팅 팀과의 협업을 통한 사업 개발을 지원합니다.
Skills You'll Need to Bring
· 로펌, 특허법인, 특허사무소에서 해외 상표출원 (Outgoing) 업무를 2년 이상 해보신 분
· 비즈니스 문서 작성 가능한 수준의 영어를 구사하실 수 있는 분
· 빠르고 효율적인 커뮤니케이션에 능하신 분
· 소프트웨어를 통한 IP 프로세스 혁신에 관심이 있으신 분
Nice to Have
· 디자인권 출원에 대한 기본 지식이 있으신 분
· 글로벌 고객 세일즈 및 마케팅 경험이 있으신 분
· 중국어 가능하신 분
